When is "Headshot Day?"
The first Tuesday of each month, unless there are events that arise.


How long does it take to get my finished headshot back to me?
Around 3-5 business days.


How will this end up on the website?
The web development side of the MARCOMM team will be notified that your photo is complete and will add your new portrait to your faculty/staff entity on the atu.edu site. The timing of this process is, again, entirely dependent on their workflow schedule.


How come I can't have all the photos that are taken of me at my shoot?
Great question! I serve as the photographer for both the Russellville and Ozark campuses. This includes all of the headshot needs (ie lots of people to shoot.) If I provided edits to all of the shots from everyone's shoots, that would slow down my post-processing workflow 5x slower. I aim for efficiency in everything I do.


How much "photoshopping" will you do?
Minimal. I'll edit the general color, contrast and overall tone of your image. If there's an obvious blemish or stray hair, I'll take care of that too. I cannot accommodate wrinkle elimination and other invasive techniques. Please see the above question for why.


How often can I have a headshot taken?
Preferably, once a year or two. Again, with servicing the entire campus community, we want to make sure everyone has an equal opportunity to have their headshot made. If you've had major changes in your image (weight loss, major haircut, etc) we are open to discussion.
