Submitting a project request to MARCOMM is now easier than ever. Here are step-by-step instructions:


1. Go to the MARCOMM Homepage

2. Click Request a Project

3. Review the project types

4. Submit your request via the form that fits your need


Once you have submitted your request, you will receive an email stating that MARCOMM has received your ticket along with your Project Request ticket number. Once your ticket is received, it will be processed and assigned to an individual on the MARCOMM staff. That person will be handling your request and will communicate with you regarding your project request. 

All communication will be done via email, and requestors no longer have to create or maintain an account with Robohead. Simply reply to your ticket number email to add any information to your project request ticket.
